Legislative Day Cancelled

Sadly, for the first time ever, we’ve been forced to cancel our annual Legislative Day in Lansing. Because of Governor Whitmer’s lockdown order and the uncertainty around it, hosting large gatherings in June seems unrealistically optimistic. Almost certainly, our usual crowd of more than 300 people would not be legally allowed.

Anyone who has registered to the event will be issued refunds.

The Legislature is in session during May and June. Even though you can’t sit down and have lunch with them next month, you can always call or e-mail them about your concerns. Though our offices remain closed to the public, our legislative team is still at work monitoring the situation in the Capitol.

We’re hopeful that soon the Bureau of Elections will finish checking our petition drive signatures, and we’ll have some sort of opportunity for you to come to Lansing and cheer on our prolife legislators as they vote to end dismemberment abortions in our state.
