Video and Image Usage Policy

The Right to Life of Michigan Educational Fund (RLM Ed Fund) was created to educate the public on life issues and ultimately move hearts and minds to a prolife point of view. As such, the RLM Ed Fund makes videos and images available for viewing on its website RTL.org to further this mission. We encourage prolife organizations, non-profits, bloggers, news media and the like to link back to our website to share this information for personal, educational or non-commercial use. However, downloading or saving images, embedding or scraping video from RTL.org is not permitted.

Use or promotion of any (or any parts of) videos or images on RTL.org for commercial purposes is prohibited. Non-derivative use is also prohibited. This means you may not edit, remix, cut, shorten, add overlays to or alter images/videos in any way. Videos/images also may not be used as part of any new or different video/image.

Use of any videos or images on RTL.org by any other non-profit/educational or news organization is prohibited without prior written permission from the RLM Ed Fund. For each licensing request, please contact RLM Ed Fund, Attn: LifeMedia Request, P.O. Box 901, Grand Rapids, MI 49509-0901.

Images displayed on our site are either the property of, or used with permission or licensing by Right to Life of Michigan or Right to Life of Michigan Educational Fund. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
