Search Warrants for Crimes Against the Unborn

This creates standards for evidence that can be obtained with a search warrant. This legislation allows the remains of a born child or an unborn child to be obtained in cases where it is believed that criminal action led to the death of the child or the birth (i.e. premature) of the child.
