Dennis Hrcka
Dennis has served as president of Shiawassee County Right to Life for more than 25 years. He spent 30 years teaching sixth grade in a public school in Owosso, Michigan. He served three years as principal of St. Joseph Elementary School and three more at Baker College supervising student teachers. Dennis is a graduate of Hillsdale College where he excelled at basketball. A 7th-round draft pick of the Los Angeles Lakers in 1968, he played basketball for a year in Europe. His late wife Cheryl did an excellent job along with Dennis raising their four children, before succumbing to breast cancer in 2004. Dennis and his wife, Linda, together with their combined six children keep very busy with their eight grandchildren.
