Performer, International Speaker and Prolife Advocate
After a brush with death in a Romanian orphanage, George Dennehy was adopted by his U.S. family at the age of one. Because he was born without arms, he learned to play music using his feet. Today, he is an internationally recognized songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. George gained worldwide attention after he posted a video of himself covering the Goo Goo Dolls song “Iris” on the web. His story went global and he received media coverage from as nearby as his own hometown, and as far away as London and Sydney. The Goo Goo Dolls band invited him to open for them and perform to a crowd of 7,000 fans at Musikfest in Bethlehem, PA.
Since then, George’s career has continued to take off. He has released an original album titled Have my Heart, given a TED Talk, and been on television and radio all over the world. He is a husband, father, and youth pastor.
Master of Ceremonies
Rev. Bryan Kassa, Parochial Vicar
St. Thomas Chaldean Catholic Church
Ordained as a priest in July of 2016, Rev. Bryan Kassa attended Sacred Heart Major Seminary for six years. In seminary, he received his master’s degree in moral theology. His knowledge in moral theology has allowed him to be an advocate in the prolife movement in his lectures/talks to the youth groups at his parish or in his homilies when preaching to his congregation. He has done interviews with radio stations on the prolife movement in the past and uses social media to help bring awareness to the right to life at all stages. He has helped organize trips to Washington D.C. for the March for Life.
