Iosco County Right to Life Benefit Dinner

Mary Elizabeth Morse was raised on the east side of Detroit and is the oldest of thirteen children. Her parents considered each child a gift from God and were her first example of a committed vocation and covenant marriage. Mary graduated Dominican High in 1969 with a scholarship to Nursing School, where she desired to have a healing ministry. Mary was blessed with four children and later married Rick, acquiring two more sons. All through her life the Lord was preparing her to provide healing. Her work experiences were very diversified: accounting, teaching, midwifery, executive secretary, dispatching, firefighting and finally a career as a Medical Assistant. All avenues prepared Mary for a ministry from “womb to tomb.” She became a Hospice Chaplain and is currently the Director of Harbor Lights Pregnancy & Information Center. Mary feels that she has been given a mantle for healing, helping babies to arrive and praying goodbyes with the homebound. She considers herself very blessed.
